How much will the shipping charges be?
The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the shipping destination. You will see the shipping charges on the left side of the screen after you submit your order and before you confirm the payment.
Is there sales tax?
Sales tax will apply only to residents of the U.S. states in which we are registered (Arizona, California, Illinois and Maryland), but not in any other U.S. states or the rest of the world.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What if I need a refund on my order?

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
Our Product Store system is designed so that all items you see listed are in stock and available for purchase. Once we exhaust our current inventory of a particular item, that product will not be viewable for purchase until inventory levels are replenished. In the event an oversight is made and we accidentally take an order for an item not in stock, we will promptly contact the customer and explain their options.
